Kavuchaljan Ganesathasan is the Controller of Esplanade Ventures. Prior to joining Esplanade, he was a financial reporting manager at Novartis, helping to oversee the accounting operations of the Innovative Medicine division. He guided the company through the analysis of complex accounting issues and acted as a finance representative for numerous product launches & divestments. Before Novartis, Kavuchaljan also served as a senior auditor at KPMG, leading the external audits of large public and private clients in the manufacturing, transportation & tech space.

Kavuchaljan holds a Bachelor of Commerce & Graduate Diploma in Chartered Professional Accountancy, from Concordia University.
