At McKesson, Ella held a variety of strategy, M&A, Business development and innovation leadership roles driving growth, digitization and new business models in healthcare. She led multi-disciplinary teams across business units and functions globally and collaborated with startups to drive innovation and growth. Prior to McKesson, Ella was a principal with Kearney management consulting leading growth strategy, transformation and M&A work for global healthcare and retail clients.
